The Administrator provides the opportunity to contact him using electronic contact forms as well as through email, phone, or SMS. Using the form requires providing personal data necessary to contact the User and respond to the inquiry. The User may also provide additional data to facilitate contact or service the inquiry. Providing mandatory data is required to accept and process the inquiry, and failure to provide it results in the inability to service the inquiry. Providing other data is voluntary.

In the services we provide, we always use personal data solely for the purpose for which it was provided to us, and we always inform the User about this purpose in a transparent manner.
Fieldworker takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data against unauthorized access, unlawful processing, and accidental loss, destruction, or damage. To this end, we use, among others, data encryption, security audits, and incident response procedures.
6) Your Rights
Fieldworker takes all technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data in a manner specified by law or other applicable regulations and to exclude the possibility of unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, its modification, destruction, or loss, unauthorized transfer, other unlawful processing, as well as other abuses of personal data. This obligation continues even after the processing of personal data has ended.
Personal data is under constant control, both electronic and physical. We have implemented modern security and control mechanisms to ensure the maximum possible protection of data. We have established user access control, a system for managing permissions and roles that protects data from unauthorized access. All individuals who come into contact with customers’ personal data in the course of performing work or obligations arising from a contract are subject to a legal or contractual obligation of confidentiality.
At the request of Fieldworker sp. z o.o., you are required to provide your personal data to public authorities (e.g., police, public authorities during audits, if necessary, etc.).

Right of Access to Personal Data
A person whose data is being processed has the right to obtain confirmation from the administrator whether their personal data is being processed, and if so, they have the right to access such personal data. A person whose data is being processed also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the Office for Personal Data Protection.
8) Duration of Personal Data Processing
The duration of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. In principle, data is processed for the duration of the service or order fulfillment, until the expressed consent is withdrawn, or an effective objection to data processing is raised in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
The period of data processing may be extended if processing is necessary for the establishment and pursuit of potential claims or defense against claims, and after that period only if and to the extent required by law. After the processing period, data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
